Serbian Consolidation of Collection and Pension Administration Reform Project (10)

Description: Eversoft participated in a consulting project of the World Bank for Serbia by carrying out optimisation of operational processes and defining functional requirements for recommended information functionality for Serbian Equivalent of the Polish Social Insurance Institution. As a result, a model of future processes was developed and an information functionality was suggested. The functionality satisfies the requirements for a modern system supporting financial flows crucial for the State budget.
